Pathetic customer service

Sent an email since the last 2 weeks and yet no one has responded...

Had an incident with the branch of Oakdene 2 weeks ago regarding a delivery, and pathetic driver, phoned the store and they had advis3d that I will be reimbursed and receive another delivery for free yet nothing has come through... I don't care about the food i care about my money...

Sent emails as well as phoned and yet such pathetic customer service that 2 weeks later I still get no response even after sending multiple follow up emails
