Pathetic Customer Service and Pizza

Can you please sort out your Beaufort West branch? Ordered a Triple decker on the 07 December 2020 at around 18:00 for delivery at 19:00. At 19:20 I called them to which your consultant/cashier said they are busy. Pizza arrived at 19:45 only for us to be disappointed by the Pizza itself... I attached the pictures as proof. No cheese sauce as advertised and the toppings, especially the meat, were almost nonexistent. Pizza was so dry and it looks like they tried to fix this by covering the pizza with BBQ sauce...Is this really the type of service that you want to offer to your clients? As per my previous complaint no contact was made by any management as expected and the service is getting poorer by the eachh day that passes. Not even one apology offered by any of your staff. So to summarize your service and products of the Beaufort West branch is pathetic and urgent attention needs to be given.
