Pathetic customer service

After waiting one hour and 37 minutes for my delivery. I drove to fetch my own pizzas. Followed by a rude manager at the potchefstroom branch telling me that because i’m not paying for my delivery (keeping in mind my order was R647.71) i should not expect it to be on time and that if i wanted it faster i should have used mr D🙃. I almost never complain about this ish but i hate rude people🙃
