Pathetic Customer Service

<p>On Tuesday the 25th i ordered pizza at 19:30 and i was told it will arrive after 1 hour 30 minutes and it never arrived and i started calling them and they kept saying their waiting for a driver until they said the driver collected it and will be delivered in 5 minutes until 10pm and my calls rung unanswered from then, Now the most pathetic thing the following morning i lodge a complain with their customer services via email and they send me a case number and today they send me a message saying "the case has been closed. Thank you for your interaction" wow now this now ****ed me off because i expected an explanation as to why it was justified for my family to go to sleep with snacks and i never recieved any communication from them except the case numbers. ****it this kind of businesses do not belong in South Africa and they dont deserve our support. And they should be ashamed with their reviews and it looks like every two minutes they mistreat a customer somewhere and never care to mend the relationship, And if debonairs thinks franchises do not go under the bridge they better think again and pizza business is not a monopoly business so your the opportunity for the next pizza joint with great customer service and thanks for showing us that SA has huge appetite for fast food even if the prices are ridiculous, if you go out of business blame yourselves.</p>
