Pathetic Customer Service

I am totally disappointed with the level of service I received from the Pretoria Arcadia Debonairs branch. I was assisted by the lady called Koketso/Keketso I ordered a chicken triple decker, the pizza was very dry the mushroom sauce we requested be poured on the pizza was just a drizzle of drops. I called the branch to complain about the sauce on the pizza instead of her apologizing about the issue she asks “how many slices of pizza have I eaten?” and goes on to say she is sorry next time it won’t happen again and that they can’t refund me or even ask the driver to bring another pizza because we have eaten three slices already! Because if only it was one slice which was eaten then I was going to be reimbursed with a new pizza which has enough sauce. I had to drive to the store to show them how dry their pizza was, which was totally ridiculous and an inconvenience for me. The lack of customer service from the cashier and the manager is a total disgrace to the brand.
