Pathetic customer service

Very disappointed in the customer service from debonairs. Firstly after waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery the pizza arrives cold and to top it off doesn't have a sticker over the hot or not section which means the pizza is open the driver first takes the payment he dont apologize for the late delivery then still ask for a tip he only hands over the pizza after I made the payment .... I then report this to debonairs on the app getting a reply I will be contacted in 1 business day .... 5 business days later no contact at all from them I then log a second complaint another 6 business days later and still no reply ... do this ppl have a customer service department or are they just not concerned about complaints
