pathetic customer service

I tried the Debonairs app, placed my order around 7pm on 27 November 2015 . After 30mins I called the store to confirm my order. I spoke to the person on the phone didn't get a name but she said my order is placed confirmed my address explained that they tried to call me to let me know that they are busy and **** saying that the driver had already left with my order and is on the way.<br> <br> After an hour 8 30pm i get a call from the driver saying that he does not deliver to my address and will meet me at a corner in 10 minutes. I asked him why and he basically said that he is doing me a favor and that they don't deliver to my area. I then asked to speak to the manager and asked why they didn't they tell me an hour ago when i confirmed my address and my order that they don't deliver to my area. why did they lie saying the order was on the way and then call me an hour later from the store saying they are doing me a favor and that they don't deliver to my area.<br> <br> the manager did not have any response to that. Really terrible customer service from Debonairs Athlone team.
