Pathetic customer care skills

What a pathetic way to treat a client, I went to debonairs kine center on the 19/04/2023 at 19:25 to buy supper after work exhausted as I was I get there doors wide open and the states there by the entrance that they close at 20h00 as I approach the ladies behind the counter laughs I ddnt mind that as they might be laughing at their own stuff then I asked to buy they said straight to my face that "we are closed" with disappointment I returned back to my flat and ordered online at the same store and my order went through I had to travel to the store again to collect...client time not valued at all and o don't understand how they closed when I am there in person but open to the app orders does this mean only clients with smart phones can order there
