Pathetic branch to order a pizza from and poor management

<p>This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with this branch, placed an order online and waited more than 1 hour and 15 minutes until I decided I've had enough. I called the manager Touseef (new inexperienced manager) and as the previous time, he was all apologetic trying to convince me that the pizza is on its way. Instead of admitting that his branch is failing in its services under his management, he tries to tell me to wait. This is by far the poorest branch management I have experienced in all branches.</p>
