Poor customer service!! There just always something that goes wrong when one places an order here. Management has to look into this.

First time around the order was completely wrong. Decided to give this establishment another chance, the food arrived hours later. Today, I ordered again (foolish I know) and 2 hours later the food hasn’t arrived. The store is closed. The people at the store tampered with the order cos on the app it shows that the food was delivered while no delivery was made. Imagine!

I would highly discourage orders from Celts ridge especially given that we’ve received poor service before and the experience just keeps getting worse. Never ever again will I spend my money here! Ever!
