Pathetic and Unprofessional

<p>3 weeks ago on a Friday I ordered a Pizza for delivery at about 18:30. The delivery arrived @ about 20:30 and was obviously cold. After pointing that out to the Delivery guy and reminding him of their policy of "if the dot on the box is black" you don't pay for the pizza . He then told me that he needs toncallt his Manager which he did. I asked him what the Manager said and he told me that the Manager said the cost of the Pizza will be deducted from his salary . He wasn't happy about so I told him to leave because I will not be paying for a cold Pizza so he left with the Pizza. I then complained on their website and days later received communication requesting details which I responded and specified all requirements. Last Saturday I missed a call which could only return today only to find out that its the Area Manager by the name of Lennox who wanted me to narrate the story from the beginning after I haf given every detail on the communication so once again I had to use my resources to explain about my complaint. I found that very unprofessional </p>
