Is it possible to give Debonairs Hluhluwe NO STARS ??? THEY ARE THE WORST !!! Their service is slow, unfriendly and absolutely horrible.. and even that’s an understatement! When you phone them for a order to be delivered , they tell you all stories of why they cannot deliver, yet a few minutes later you see their delivery s****** drive around with his orders.. they pretend not to understand your perfectly good and clear English over the phone, because they can barely speak English themselves.. so after lots of waisted airtime, you’ll finally get your order placed, just to receive a call from their call centre a few minutes later, informing you that your order has been cancelled , with no proper explanation..and sometimes you won’t even receive a call.. if you phone them after an hour or two wondering if they got lost with your order, then you get informed of the cancellation.. when you go there to order directly at the franchise then you wait almost an hour for your pizza.. and when you get it, it’s absolutely disgusting and not worth the drive or the price. The triple decker for example.. it has 3 layers with the whole pizza having no more than 15 little blocks of ham. The bottom base has a cheese spread layer that doesn’t even taste like cheese, the middle layer has a brown/red sauce that’s barely noticeable.. and the top layer has a little cheese layer that is only there for pretend.. it’s absolutely disgusting!!! All you taste is BASE !!!! HORRIBLE PIZZAS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Definitely the worst Debonairs that I’ve ever visited and it gives all pizzas a bad name !!
