Pathetic

Good afternoon to whom it may concern, I placed an order with order number attached. I was told that they do not deliver to my area and that the order is canceled.

Please refund me the money I paid for this order.

This happened on Sunday and I'm still waiting for feedback!

They sent me a form for customer care to get back to me, yeah right still waiting.
