PATHETIC!!!
What is the point of this automated response from such a large company that is failing dismally when it comes to customer service, its exactly a month and no call from anyone as stated by this pathetic automated response... do you even value people or just happy that your customers are just buying and 92% are complaining and most their issues are not attended to like mine... this is really SAD!!!
