Part's of hair on my Pazza

On the 11-12-2015 I bought a Triple Deck pizza at Debonair Dobsonville and there was parts of hair, I immediately sent an email to their complains department and Mbulelo Ngobese responded on the 14-12-2015 asking me to send the branch I bought the pizza at so that a complaint can be logged, I did sent the email with the branch name.<br> <br> No one came back to me, I then send an email to Mbulelo on the 3-01-2016 asking how long does it take for them to resolve the matter because now the pizza that I was complaining about I kept it as proof until it was now off, I then throw it away.<br> <br> Even today I'm still waiting for them to come back to me.<br>
