Pancake Pizza After 2 hours

I ordered pizza on Friday 27 Feb for delivery @ 18:04. I was informed that the delivery will take just over 1 hour, I was comfortable. At 19:40 I called the shop and complained to the manager who has the intellectual capacity of a 4 year old. He then said that I would give me 50% discount. The delivery arrived just before 20:00 and the order was only half filled, the pizza's that were delivered was squashed so badly that most of the toppings were stuck to the lids of the boxes. I then proceeded to visit the store. I was met by the now extremely cautious 4 year old manager who looked like a \buck in the headlights"when I showed him my Pizza's"
