Paid via the app, received confirmation and 2 days later still no Pizza

I ordered a pizza on Saturday night from the Corlett Dr Debonairs via the app. I made full payment and received a confirmation SMS. I tried calling after an hour of waiting on nobody answered.

I never received my pizza.

I called the next day only to be told that due to load shedding the shop had closed at 6.

1. I dont understand how you can still accept app payments and orders if the shop is closed 2. Nobody called me me to apologize, manager seemed oblivious to the fact that people paid for something and didnt receive it 3. I paid for a good I did not receive - sounds like theft to me. Why haven't Debonairs contacted me to reverse the R120 rand that was paid to them? Why should I have to run around trying to sort this out while 2 days later they keep quite.
