Paid twice, wife waiting for no reason, cold pizza

*Repost* No contact as promised by Debonaires 2 months and waiting...***<br> My wife ordered the awesome foursome at Durbanville Debonaires for collection.<br> After she had left the house I got a call from the driver saying the pizza is outside at our house (Told driver on the phone its for collection when he called outside our house). I paid the driver. <br> <br> 45 minutes later my wife comes home in an absolute state, she had been sitting in the store for over half an hour being told just wait 2 minutes your order will be ready soon. Secondly she paid again at the till.<br> <br> She came home and we called the branch only to be told we did not pay twice! It was soon discovered that we were not lying and infact had paid double (Till + Driver), the manager offered to refund half of the amount. My wife sat in the store for 30 minutes being told to wait only to be told that we were lying about paying twice and we only get offered our half of the money back (R105 etc). Shes home absolutely furious and swearing to never support debonaires again. The pizza is by now very cold.<br> Out of space : Management Offered excuses, arguments. Time is money, my wifes has been wasted and now she sits eating cold pizza.
