Paid for order that I did not receive

On the 25 March 2023I placed an order and was able to track it on the app. 1 hour after waiting and I was unable to track it I called the store and the agent over the phone asked me to hold for 2 minutes while checking my order. 8 minutes later I dropped the call because she never came back. The driver arrived 15 minutes after my call with an incomplete order. He did not have crushed chilli that I ordered.
