Paid for order never arrived

So made an order at Debonairs Bridge City yesterday at 16:17 on the app and received my order at 18:04 ... And what makes everything worse My order was incomplete and spoke to the driver and he said he will bring it and today I have called them (11:38 & 14:18 ) to ask about exactly is happening. I had paid for my order online... So I do not get how ones order cnt be accounted for and also why no one even calls to update.
