Paid for Food, never received anything

I am Furious at the fact that Debonairs simply has no Quality whatsoever left in their service. Debonairs Eden Glen too my order tonight at 7:00 and the app confirmed that the order was in progress after I paid R402.90 and had hungry family waiting for DAMN 2 HOURS with no delivery!!! I honestly wish someone would do something about this place as they had an awful attitude when I did order from them face to face and I had to maintain my composure. So what will they do now? deliver the food the next day and act like everything is ok or will I have a knock on my door at 10:00pm after I've made food already. I'm sorry but Debonairs have become the worst Fast Food provider in this country as I seem to experience some form of issue with these A**h**es in most of their so called franchises. Order 694256. I will openly say this and I will discourage any of my future partners and people who used to buy from them for functions or events to seek alternative providers as we spend quite a good amount of money for food with Debonairs and I will tell my partners and colleagues it's due to franchises like Eden Glen that I will never support them again. I want no more apologies and no more excuses I just want my money back and to say good riddens to absolutely Sh*t service!
