Paid for cold pizza that was 3 hours late

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to me at 17:15 and I only got my pizza at 20:10. I called several times to make a follow up on the order but they kept on hanging up on me. The delivery guy came to deliver at 20:10 and I paid for an extremely cold pizza. The promise that if your pizza is cold and has a black dot is free is pure lies. Everytime I ordered pizza at Debonairs Pizza Palm Springs I always get bad service. I would discourage anyone wanting to buy pizza at Debonairs Pizza Palm Springs. I thought things were gonna be be better mind you the last time I ordered pizza there me and my family went to bed hungry after the pizza was never delivered. I wouldn't but at Debonairs Pizza Palm Springs even if I were to collect. You have got the worst, cheapest service.
