Paid for an order but never got it
If I may ask.. what is the maximum time a delivery should be made? Yesterday I place and online order and PAID online at newclare shell debonairs. Im a regular customer and I've never had such a bad experience with then though the las time i complained was about a wrong order.. debonairs pizza should understand that when we order food its because we are hungry as human beings and me waiting for one and half hours was so so uncool. Till I couldn't wait anymore since I was super hungry. I then left to go find something else to eat. While I was away your driver arrived and gave me a call. I told him I couldn't wait any longer and I'm away finding something to eat. I've already PAID for this pizza online when ordering. I'm so frustrated.
