Paid for absolutely nothing!!!

I ordered Debonairs Pizza via the MR. D app lastnight and I was shocked when the app advised me that my food had been delivered however no driver ever came close to where I was, we called multiple times and everytime the staff at Beacon Isle dropped the phone on us, so they literally ****** me for over R300+, I cannot believe how unprofessional they are, I complained on the MR. D app however not even one call or email to even apologize, I want my money back.
