Paid but never received my order or refund. Store was closed but online it was open

I wish I could give you an minus because even that 1 star you don't deserve with your ****py customer service and dry pizzas.

Hi I placed an order on 12 January 2021 at 17:18 at shell bedworth park express only to realise that the store was closed when I went to collect.The order was paid for online and the payment went through with no reversal. I have been trying to reach out from January till today 9 March and still no refund or communication.What am I supposed to do at this stage?, Since I have been sending you guys messages on Twitter and someone calls and that's it.No help, no feedback, no please send us your proof or payment or some sort of communication.Can I even report this to the police? Because this is clearly theft, I paid and didn't receive my order or refund.Or Is this how you run your business?I am going to post this message on HelloPeter as well because just wow..Or any platform I will get because this is not okay, This is not how you are supposed to be treating customers.Who do I contact if you people cannot help me?I want my money back, I don't think I'll even be buying pizzas from you guys anymore.

What am I supposed to do debonairs? Accept that I just gave you guys my R169 for nothing?Nothing?I could have used that money for something else or a different franchise that actually cares about its customers unlike you ******.
