PAID BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I ordered supper from the debonairs app on the 22nd March 2022 and paid in full via card. My order never arrived. On the 23rd of March i tried ordering again and this time used cash on delivery. More then an hour later i called the store and was told that my order will arive as soon as the driver the comes back... Well,i guess the driver mst have gone missing because it's now the 11th of April and i am still waiting. I also queried my previous order which was paid for and was advised that no orders were outstanding. I then took the matter further and submitted a complanit via e-mail and guess what... NO ASSISTANCE! just an acknoledgement of the complaing... THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE! I will neverorder from debonairs again if this is how you treat paying customers. I want my refund atleast.
