Overdue refund

Placed order online from Debonairs Gugulethu on the 27th June 2023. I called a few minutes later to cancel the order as someone else had ordered for me. I was told this had been cancelled and this would go through to HR first to confirm if my payment has reflected (which would take 2-3 working days), then a refund would be issued to me. The lady I spoke to told me she would get back to me with feedback from HR the next day, and since I have been doing follows ups myself asking for my refund. I speak to someone different every second day and they tell me they will consult HR and get back to me. They have requested my banking details and I have sent it to 2 of the managers from the store on different occasions. Nobody is following up with HR and providing me with feedback. It has been 2 weeks doing the same thing and my refund is way overdue. I am losing hope reading reviews that relates to refunds for this company as this seems like a common issue. I have sent screenshots of the proof of purchase, and every time I follow up they ask me for the same details. Can anyone help with this please.
