overcharing and false advetising ******
Went to Debonainrs in Alex Mall yesterday.
They advertised a small triple decker Pizza for R59.95 and a 440ml Coke for R10.00. When I got to the front of the key the Coke was suddenly R18.95 (that is crazy price)
I disputed it with the shop, who blamed a trainee. I said its fine, just fix it. the store then reversed the transaction and charged me R15.95. Still more than advertised. There was nothing they could do, as the special that they advertise, apparently does not exist.
The store then quickly ran and removed the banner. So its what they do, they advertise, and then over charge and hope you don't see it. I complained on their website, but typical ****** they are ignoring it.
So I'm logging a complaint here...and then im going to social media. Needless to say, they will not be *****ing from me again, I wont go there
