Outstanding Service from Debonairs Pizza Randfontein Greenhills

We ordered Pizza for delivery on Friday the 1st of June at around 19H00 . Our Kids where waiting anxiously as the hunger pains had to be kept under control. We noticed at past 21H00 that there are no indications that our delivery will take place. I then decided to drive the franchise in Green hills when I noticed the shop is closed and the personnel is busy cleaning the facility. With a Fuming Family waiting at our home I went inside to find out what happened to our food. I must admit I needed to keep my thoughts and communications well controlled. I was greeted by the two cashier ladies and explained my sincere concern and expressed my need for an explanation. They investigated the matter and found that for some reason our order was never processed. By this time I had a huge task in controlling my inner self But the manager apologized and insisted that the personnel shall prepare our ordered food (After they cleaned the kitchen for the next day). He apologized profusely and ensured that it wont happen again and also preparing our food at No Cost. I could not believe my ears and respectfully waited for them to prepare our order. We got our food and the Manager insisted that we will not pay for it. All my inner demons silent at this stage as I never thought this could happen. Debonairs Pizza in Randfontein totally exceeded my expectations and on behalf of my Family would like to thank them in fixing the error and in the swift time they did it .
