Outstanding manager

<p>I'm the first to complain if I have a bad experience in any store and so i thought to give credit when credit is due, to an outstanding manager, Mr Steve in the newcastle castle rock mall at debonairs. He went out of his way to ensure debonairs honours their online 50% of on first time app orders promotion even though head office played dumb and their consultants promised to call me back and failed to do so regarding weather the promotion was valid or not even though it had no expiry date on their website. A first class manager who ensured the customer, me left happy. Thank you very much Mr Steve. A refreshing experience!!!</p>
