Orders via telephone

I called to order pizza at Maponya Mall Debonairs I was told that I should order at Jabulani Mall as it's the nearest I called them but no answer on their side.

Why when I order online via Uber eats I did get my order, delivered from Maponya... Because option for Jabulani Mall wasn't available on the app

Aren't we allowed to order telephonically? Because due to damage of looting sometimes we not even aware which branches are open or not.
