Ordered twice, still no Food!!!

My night was ruined I'm just disappointed by debonairs stuff, you guys really need to hire people who want to work, today at 5:34pm I placed an order for delivery at kaalfontein debonairs, the lady(Katlego) confirmed my order was processed, 2 hours later I called to find out how far my order was and was told about a system breakdown and that my order was not processed, because I was and still hungry I told her to place the order again that's now 7:30. At 8:30 I called to enquire about my delivery and their number was not going through because I called after hours (by the way they close at 9pm), so I decided to contact customer care and was told that they don't deal with orders and I must contact the store directly, so I asked him to give me their numbers, he gave me 9 numbers before I could speak he hang up on me, tried to call again no answer, guess I'm going to sleep hungry, I don't think Il ever walk into debonairs with my own money to place an order. Lemme try Romans tomorrow at least they don't promise delivery services they can't fulfill.
