Ordered!Not no order!

<p> Im so disgusted with the service I got yesterday at Westgate malls Debonairs... I phoned them yesterday to place an order at 3:30 only to get an answering machine that placed me on hold waited 3min so a woman answer and took my details... and that call tuk most of my airtime and she took my order... and told me that my order will be there in an hours time. Then after an hour an 20min I phoned them and I ask the lady where my pizza is im waiting more then an hour then she told me that my order is with the driver and his on his way... after 20min again I phoned them again the same lady answers the phone and I ask her again where my pizza is she tell me that my order wasn't placed... im like what she tell me you need to speak to my manager.. The manager apologise and give me a long story and tell me that shes sending her driver now asoon as my pizza is done.... after 30min I phone her back she tell me that my pizza is on its way by now im so pist my children is hungry I could have started to cook but because im waiting on this pizza I didn't. The manager tell me that she gave me something extra end the call. After 20min the driver come with my pizza and 4 pops... I mean I spend over a R100 only on airtime and R 130 on a flat suppose to be a tripple deckor pizza for me and my family.... I as a regular client feel that they could compensated me better as I spended over R200 </p>
