Ordered food at 19:34 and the order arrived just before 10 pm and all the driver could say was sorry

Ordered food at 19:34 and the order arrived just before 10 pm and all the driver could say was sorry. No communication from the restaurant as to why my food was late. Sent them an email, no response. Bad service
