Ordered a pizza at 16h07 but nothing comimg through

Good evening I am so deeply disappointed with regards to the service I received from Protea Gardens Mall Debornairs pizza.. Orded the pizza today at around 16h17, and I was advised that it witll be delivered by my place at around 45mintues or after an hour. Waited and waited again until the driver calls me at around 17h38 telling me that he is lost and I must give him the address yet I gave the sales lady the address and it was written on order #***6 I gave him the address still he couldn't come and deliver the pizza, tried to call him and ask about where about, then he just hanged up my call. Even the store didn't even bother to call and ask me if I did get the order, until I try to call them and my airtime just went off as I was using cellphone to call their landline... My family is asleep now with a hungry stomach as it was already late to look for an alternative bcz of load shedding on my side. A VERY POOR SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED...
