Ordered a Pizza and it arrived late and very cold with tomatoes and onions whichi don't eat.

I received bad service from Debonnairs Pizza Garankuwa15November, and up till now they can't resolve my complaint.Yesterdayi got a voice message that they closed my complaint as I was not answering calls. I'm working 12hours and I don't always have my phone but there are other ways to contact me.
