Orderd Not Delivered

I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Pizza - Lemo Mall BFN @ 18:25 02.09 and was told that it would just take an hour to be dilivered. Two hours later there is no delivery made and when I call the restaurant to enquire about the delivery, I am told that the drivers knocked off at 19:00 but I spoke to one of the drivers enquiring about my location round about 19h42 and he told me he will call again when his on his way to confirm directions,I've been waiting since. Got the worst service ever from them!!!!!!!!!!

To the management I hope you resolve this kind of service, its very disappointing.
