Order was placed at 6pm and it only arrived at 10pm

I ordered pizza at 18:17 but my pizza arrived at 22;00.i am very dissapointed with the poor service i have received.i tried calling the restaurant several times tryinh 2 find out what was happening with my order but there was no answer.no1 at the store called2 inform me what was the delay.i had 2drive out 2 buy something just so we could eat.when the driver arrived at 10pm he said they had problems with the oven.atlist if i was informed about the problem it would have been better.i will never order at Seshego Debonairs again.i hope management can deal with the kind of terrible service we always receive at Seshego
