Order took over an hour, not communication with client
<p>Placed an order online using the phone app, an hour later i call Debonairs Jabulani Mall to confirm if the order is received or not,</p> <p>I spoke to 2 people who didnt want to give their names and rude, i was told a driver left with the order no drivers eta what so ever.</p> <p>Can someone please teach the stuff telephone etiquette, you cant be calling a client chief when he wants to confirm his order.</p> <p>After this ordeal i dont think il ever call use this app or let alone call Jabulani i would much rather go to another branch.</p>
