Order placed online and never arrived

I’m super disappointed in the fact that I ordered pizza online, entered my adress and the system suggested Debonairs Lambton for me and added a charge of R20. Order was placed and my meal was being prepared (so I thought). I waited 40 minutes… called the store and I was told by a consultant over the phone that the driver has 2 orders in my area and he is on his way. After another 40 minutes I call in and they tell me the store doesn’t deliver in my area and I will be refunded after next week!!! What in the heavens of petheticness is that?!! This is after i have previously placed orders online at the same store with the same adress. I spoke to the store manager and she can’t tell me as to why the order went through… this is a true inconvenience as I waited 2 hours just to hear i have been waiting for nothing! Can this just be sorted out … placing an order online should be making things easy and creating convenience instead I have to deal with this.
