Order placed 18h15 delivered 19h47, **** about bike puncture

Order placed 18h15, delivered at 19h47. Excuse was driver had a puncture. When asked for proof he looks at me dumbstruck. Called manager at store, Papi refuses to divulge owner's contact details nor get owner to call me before i lodge formal complaint. Pizzas are not fresh, have to buy McDonald's. No sticker system! I want an investigation on where the puncture happened and how he miraculously changed the tyre with no spare. I will post on hellopeter as well.
