Order pizzas - wrong delivery, wrong time - bad service!

I've phoned ********** at 11:10 this morning, placed an order for 1 x On the Double Creamy Chicken & 1 x On the Double Sweet & Sour Rib pizzas for delivery 12:30. I had to repeat my cell number 3 times, the delivery address 3 times (it is on their system) The consultant repeated the order 4 times, 1 box with Sweet & Sour Rib arrived 11:36. On the slip is my total order, but only half the order delivered .... this is not the first time, the service is shocking!
