Order not received from Olievenhout Plaza Debonairs

I ordered a Chicken cram-decker on Sat 1st July at 19:00 and it was never delivered. I tried calling the restaurant an hour later to check on my order and no one answered. I laid a complain on Debonairs official page on facebook and I was given a reference number and told that one of their team members will contact me, but no one did.

This is totally not acceptable, if we receive this kind of bad service from the restaurant and customer service. Now I don't know if I should still order from Debonairs in the future, will my order be delivered? if not will my complain be considered? Very poor service.
