Order not prepared

Today I received the worst.service at Menlyn mall. I was traveling with my 29 month old baby. I decided to place an order online at 15:26, I did my shopping hoping that when I get to Debonnairs I will just pay and collect. At 16:00 I went to collect an was told my order was not ready. I checked twice after that, still my order was not ready and my number was never called. Until I was the only one at the counter waiting for my order, at 16:40, the lady came and asked for my slip only to be told that my order was not prepared, the person who was supposed to make it made the thai sweet chilli instead of creamy chicken, they offered me Thai instead, I couldn't take it because I was going to share with my child. The whole time my child was crying and irritable because we were waiting for too long. What made me angry the most is the lies that the wrong order was prepared, if it was my number on that wrong order would have been called. I ended up asking for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer. I am so disappointed at how I was treated today, if online ordering is not working for you anymore please disable it.
