Order not fulfilled and rude manager

I don’t know why do I always get my self back into this with you guys it’s clear to see that your staff is *********** and your app is on cheap drugs according to your staff… so I placed an order with Debonairs Yeoville (because all the stores close to me were no longer delivering) app said I would be charged an additional R20, I then get a call from your store notifying me that they can’t deliver it’s too far and I will only be getting my refund in 3 days. I tell the lady that I can’t wait for refund in 3 days as I need the food for my kids today and this was my last R210 to get us food. She puts her manager on the line who is rude arrogant and has no customer etiquette… he tells me that I must either come fetch the money or he will send someone to bring the money (in a condescending manner). He the hangs up…. I need my refund processed now as this has nothing to do with me
