Order not delivered staff ***********

Carletonville Online Order placed 17h07 At 19h14 I followed up with a call. And I was being polite because we did have some rain. I was told the would phone me back. At 19h45 I called again as I still heard nothing... Was told I would be phoned back. Again nothing I phoned again at 20H00 and asked to speak to the manager, I was obviously annoyed by this time... Was then placed on permanent hold. Eventually hung up. Then everytime I call I just go straight to hold. I am astonished at this unprofessional behavior for a service I paid for. This *****s your name. Technically Debonairs stole my money. I would like to see this addressed swiftly please
