Order not delivered

I ordered my pizza today at 14:23 online with the app and paid online, Debonair Nkomo Village accepted the order, even now I haven't received my order the time is 16:12..i have been calling and the keep on saying someone will call me and order is coming. If they can't deliver please return my money and I will order with people that will appreciate customers and deliver the food. Iam ****ed. I need answers ASAP!!
