order not delivered and refund not processed

I made an online order on the 27/08/2021 with my Johannesburg cbd address for delivery, after waiting for more than an hour for my delivery suddenly the driver calls me to tell me that he doesn't deliver in the CBD but I asked him why did they accept my order as I stated my address then he hung up. Saturday morning 28/08/2021 I called *** and spoke to Blessing who said he'll speak to the branch manager at Columbine square and will call me back after an hour which he didn't call me back and I made another call on the same day and spoke again with Blessing who said he'll call me back after he spoke to the manager and he never call me back.

today 30/08/2021 I called at 10:00 spoke again to Blessing who said he still didn't get hold of the manager as she's the one who supposed to do my refund and he'll get someone to call me back within an hour.

no one has called me back till to date, Blessing doesn't have customer service because if you promise to call a client back you need to regardless of whether his/her query has been finalized.

I feel that debonairs doesn't respect their customers, all I need is my refund to be processed and will never ever use their service again
