Order not been delivered -***0 , Maponya Mall

I ordered yesterday (24th June 2022) pizza for R159.00 excluding the charge for a driver. The time was 19:19, at maponya mall, I used their app which the payment was from my account. It went off, I wanted to surprise my order as she passed, but guess who was surprised, the pizza was never delivered, money went of my ACC, today is the 25th June 2022 the time is 13:33, no one has bothered to contact me, I've been calling their number on ***, I spoke to someone which I explain the query her name is Buyelwa, she said she will get back to me, even now my money went off, and no pizza no one has called me, I waiting from 19:19 yesterday till today . I want my money back and I will never ever buy Debonairs again as they do not treat customer fairly. Their customers sucks big time. I want my money back. Why do you accept orders if you can't deliver and your management is very useless
