Order no show

I ordered a pizza at 15:35. Waited for longer than the promised 40 minutes and there was no update on the website as to where my order was.

At 16:10, it showed as delivered on the website. I hadn't received anything, and it was paid for online.

Wasted my airtime calling consultants and speaking to them to no avail. I needed to eat by a certain time in order to take medication.

Extremely disappointed and disgruntled.
